Ruffles who has some ruffles ?

Who has some ruffles , why I do as part of the "Think  Ruffles" blog hop hosted by Madame Samm and Amy ,thanks so much ladies for yet another fun hop .
 I am not really into ruffles , maybe when I was younger I wore ruffles , I am sure my Mom would make us dresses with ruffles and aprons with ruffles . For today I decided some tea towels would be a great place to display some ruffles so I chose two spring colored towels , you see I am thinking of spring and hoping that the more I think the closer it will be ;-) Do you think that will work ?

This was my first one , a stack of pretty spring teacups with some matching ruffles on the bottom of the tea towel . 

here they are together 

This second one is a little pale and the tea pot doesn't show up real well here , this is a large double ruffle and at the bottom it says " Bee my little honey ... two for tea just you and me Ted T Bear and honey bee ... summer teas and honey bees " .

    I noticed the words on the pastel towel and enlarged the photo so I could see it better - very cute. Spring is flowers - oh, I miss my flowers.

    Love your tea towels..awesome teapot! Following on GFC and bloglovin' What I love most about Spring is that after about 6 months of being frozen God has created a way for everything to come back to life. I just find Spring to be incredible...it is my favourite time of year!

    I've not been much of a ruffle person either but I think your teatowels are gorgeous. Lovely touch with the applique, too. As we welcome the changing weather of autumn, I cant imagine thinking of spring but when it comes I know I always appreciate the new growth.

    What I love most about spring is Daphne. It's a low growing, non-descript kind of bush but smells like something wafting on a breeze from Heaven! No matter how low my spirits, a whiff of Daphne in the spring will lift them right up! Great tea towels! Beth @ Words & Stitches (who is sharing your day of the hop.)

    I like to see all the little sprouts peeking through the dirt after the snow has melted. Your dish towels are very nice. And your cover photo reminds me of the Upper Penninsula of Michigan.

    I am thinking about spring today because the sky is blue here for the first time in a while, I want to get my hands dirty in the garden. Your towels are lovely, I love teapots and teacups. The ruffles make the towels complete.

    Oh, I love the double ruffle. I also like the ruffles matching the teacups. What a great way to think about welcoming spring. I think my favorite thing about spring is seeing the flowers break through the ground, knowing that there is a dawn after a dark night. And, before we know it, the plants will be a beautiful display of colors. Thanks for participating in the hop.

I love the smell of the air when spring begins to show itself, though the blooming of the crocus is wonderful, too. The towels you made are lovely and you'll enjoy their sunshine in your kitchen.
