Tuesdays Treasures and the postman arrived

I have always loved horses , having grown up around harness racing horses with my Dad , it was always my dream to someday have my own horse , well so far that dream has not become reality . I am sharing for Tuesdays Treasures this week some brooches my sister gave me over the years , all horses and I love each one  .

 Thanks to Melody for hosting Tuesdays Treasures , to see more treasures hop on over here  and before I head on over I must share another treasure that arrived yesterday in the mail  ,this lovely charm pack from Kathy .I won these a little while ago on her lovely blog Sew Happy House , thanks so much Kathy I really love these fabrics :-) Oh and isn't the little wooden tag delightful , very creative Kathy , thanks .

  1. Oh Sheila, your horse broaches are gorgeous. I had a horse for a couple of years when I was a young girl (had to sell him when we moved) and I have always dreamed of having one again. My husband bought me a Beswick one 12 months ago! Going to have to be satisfied with that!!!

  3. They are lovely. My mum would have certainly loved them. She gained a good knowledge of picking out trotters from her Dad from avery early age. To continue the tradition, mum & I spent more that a few happy days at the track too. Tracee xx
