A Sept. finish , yeah!!

I must admit it has been a while since I could say I finished anything other than a postcard and really they don't count so I am reallllllllly pleased to say that last evening I finished this little quilt and even have the binding sewn on. I just machine stitched in the ditch , no fancy quilting I am afraid but at least it is done . I used this cute flannel on the back to make it cosy and I love the feel of that plus I htink it is rather cute on there .Oh you want to see it , ok well here it is .

I do have to make a label before I send it on its way so hopefully sometime today that will get done ,actually I have to make sure I do that today . What else am I going to do today you ask , well since I didn't get any hexies made this week I think I might try to put a block together to show you what my plan is for the hexies I have made , you just might get an update later today or tomorrow if I am real slow  which I can be . Enjoy your day doing what makes you happy and thanks for stopping by it is always nice to see you.
 hugs Sheila

  4. I know what you mean...it's so good to finish something. Last night I sewed the binding down the length of one side of my Flutterby quilt and even THAT felt great! Oh and thanks for reminding me, I need to make a label!

I love your sweet quilt with the flannel backing. And the smiley faces on the flowers are so cute!

    Congrats on the finish!
