An update

I am happy to report that Louisa is officially finished , I sewed down the binding and label last evening ,what a great feeling to do that last stitch .
Louisa is a pattern by  Lisa Christensen  and fabric designed by Terry Clothier Thompson for  Moda , beautiful fabrics and lovely to work with .
I was busy yesterday cooking up a pumpkin so no further work on the landscape but perhaps today I will get back at that until then have a wonderful day and thanks so much for stopping by.

    Is "Louisa" actuallyl the name of he pattern then? I was thinking maybe you named your quilts (which may be a good idea). beautiful quilt btw..

    Love the quilt but sorry have to leave a negative. the flower outside may go but clashes with the center. My thoughts using a fabric a little less floral. But wtg very nice.

    Sheila, your 'Louisa' is just gorgeous.. What a feeling to have finished such a special quilt... I don't get that feeling much, I have way too may tops!!!!
    I can't wait to see what you do with your landscape either...

    Absolutely gorgeous Sheila!!!!! You have done a great job on this quilt!! What did you do with the pumpkin?? Can always use a good recipe because well ... pumpkin cooking is only here since we cook bio veggies, they taste so much nicer! Happy sewing, hugs, Daniëlle
